With a touchpad or not?

Do you prefer a touchpad while using a slot-designed keyboard?

If you are purchasing a keyboard for your tablet or smartphone, do you think it’s necessary to have a touchpad mouse?
I personally recommend having a separate mouse instead of the touchpad mouse, especially when you have lots of operations on the cursor.

And for slot-designed keyboards, sometime the slot will block the button of our tablet or smartphone, a little inconvenient for operation. Do you have the same trouble?
